This morning I read about Charles Blondin (1824-1897) who started walking a tightrope at the age of four. He travelled the world doing daring feats of high rope artistry. (From the book, “All the Time in the World, by Jessica Kerwin Jenkins.)
So, over the weekend I put together a website for the Rogue Poetry Slam where I am the SLAM Master and Event Coordinator. I’m kind of pleased with it!
The Splendor of Numbers
My flight is delayed, but I met the most amazing woman and we’re talking like old friends about family and kids. We’re cracking each other up and this is certainly making the time go quicker. We both have layovers in San Francisco too. Always an adventure.
🥳 Happy Birthday 🎂 Shevie Ryan! Have a wonderful day! I fake baked you a Camping in the Wild cake for your heart of adventure!
A little lion hat for the Zeebie Baby. Got him a helmet too, but he wasn’t having that at all.
