Homemade pizza dough, homemade pizza sauce – from our garden last summer, and homemade cheese. Eventually, we would love to make all the toppings. The cheddar is just to hold everything together, and we did not make that.
What a rewarding day! We made Mozzarella Cheese today. And then made pizza for dinner with our own pizza sauce from the garden last year, homemade pizza dough, and homemade cheese. I feel like a rock star!

I know EXACTLY how you feel! I loved making my own mozza and assembling a pizza from scratch. It will be a while before I get back to doing that, but you can be sure I will be virtually having dinner with you next time you post photos of that yummy meal!
