Bean and I have discovered a website full of delicious, healthy, easy, snacks and meals to make (mostly with veggies), and in the last 2 days, I’ve been constantly cooking recipes from there. We’ve made homemade wheat thins, a delicious green pasta, black bean salad, broccoli-cauliflower-carrot salad drizzled with maple syrup – Who Would Think of This – and yet it worked. Beautifully. I don’t know what else to say. My children were gobbling up their vegetables because they were delicious, and we grew them ourselves.
