Kitchen Gone Wild

Bean and I have discovered a website full of delicious, healthy, easy, snacks and meals to make (mostly with veggies), and in the last 2 days, I’ve been constantly cooking recipes from there. We’ve made homemade wheat thins, a delicious green pastablack bean salad, broccoli-cauliflower-carrot salad drizzled with maple syrup – Who Would Think of This – and yet it worked. Beautifully. Tomorrow we are making hummusdate squaresTwix Bars and a 3 bean salad. (In between bread making, and strawberry jam making – that is not from the website.) Apparently, I’ve been missing veggies and cooking in general. Now, I can atone.
